Cameron founded The Ascendancy Group in 2012. He is a combat tempered U.S. Navy veteran with multiple tours in the Central Command and Africa Command areas of responsibility. Prior to heeding an internal call to serve following 9/11, Cameron established his private sector business acumen in the financial industry. Following his time in uniform and up to the establishment of The Ascendancy Group, Cameron provided very specific subject matter expertise in support of the nation's continuing engagement with actors hostile to the country's interests and its citizens. Aside from Cameron's extensive specialized training in the military, his undergraduate degree is in Accounting from Louisiana State University.

Frank has over a decade of experience in the maritime industry as a Marine Engineer on numerous classes of ships in the civilian and U.S. Navy industry. He also has years of experience with managing complex and diverse operations in DoD programs. Prior to taking the position as The Ascendancy Group’s Chief Strategy Officer, Frank held positions as Program Director, Operations, and Division Manager in a defense support company responsible for all aspects of Production, Planning, Engineering, Material Control, Production Control, Facilities Management, and Quality Assurance. Frank holds a U.S. Coast Guard Chief Engineer’s License for unlimited horsepower and unlimited gross tonnage. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

Mary brings over a decade of broad business experience to The Ascendancy Group. She has worked both with the private/commercial and Government sectors; with her Government time focused on Department of Defense work. As one of The Ascendancy Group’s foundational members, she has instituted enterprise wide changes to the organization in areas such as Accounting, System Administration, Human Relations and Recruiting. Mary’s undergraduate degree is in Business Management with a Global Concentration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Amy is an experienced Department of Defense contracting professional with over a decade of demonstrated success working in the aviation, shipboard, and training industries. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice & Administration and has successfully completed extensive training relating to DoD regulations. Amy is highly skilled in Procurement Management, Program/Project Operations, Logistics Management, Logistics Compliance, and Government Regulations. She specializes in providing expedited delivery of project objectives, personnel, material, equipment, deliverables and supplies both internally to the company and to our customers around the world.

Dr. Francesco Bajani is a proactive and accomplished doctor, with an extensive clinical background in medicine, trauma and burn, emergency, and hostile environment medicine. He received his medical degree from the University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy, and gained experience working around the world, primarily in Italy and the United States.

He has strong medical experience in motorsport, which includes four years as a doctor of the Formula-E World Championship where he faced several emergency medical challenges on the track and within the paddock. He has also been the track doctor for the eTouring Car World Cup (ETCR) and is now the track doctor for Extreme-E. His experience with the medical coverage, extrication, transportation, and safety service for these events (many in remote locations) provides him with an extensive background in planning, training, and staffing to address and mitigate risk. 

Dr. Bajani is FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) certified to extricate drivers. He also holds the following certifications:

Dr. Giulio Novarese is a successful and effective leader of proven ability, recognized within the emergency management communities, public health, and law enforcement with a reputation for team building and achievements for complex medical, strategic, and tactical goals. He received his medical degree at Genoa University School of Medicine, Italy, and furthered his education at the New York University School of Medicine, the Cleveland Clinic Medical Training - General Surgery, Universite’ Le Bon Samaritain - Doctorate Medicine General, Ivory Coast, and the University of Milan - Ph.D. in Psychology of Terrorism, Italy.

His experience in medicine is enhanced by many years in surgery, emergency medicine, field medicine, and tactical medicine. He is a Combat Tactical Medical Course Instructor and Operational Emergency Medical Skills Course Instructor. Giulio has extensive experience in motorsport with six seasons as a Track and Paddock Doctor of the Formula-E World Championship. During this period, he gained invaluable experience working with electrical vehicles.

With his considerable knowledge and experience acquired in years of effort in the motorsport setting, he has been made the Medical Director for Formula-E, Extreme-E, F1, and Moto GP.
